Europa League 2017-18 : ÖFK defeats Zorya Luhansk 2-0

ÖSTERSUND, Nov. 23, 2017 (AMP) — Europa League 2017-18 : Östersunds defeated Zorya Luhansk by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a Europa League group stage game on Thursday night at the Jämtkraft Arena in Östersund.

Östersunds dominated the first half as a result of the unfortunate own goal scored by Grechyshkin Dmytro in the 40th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Östersunds players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Ghoddos Saman in the 77th minute.

The result put ÖFK top of Group J with 10 points. Zorya Luhansk is third with 6 points. In their last game, Östersunds will meet Hertha Berlin at the Jämtkraft Arena on December 7, while Zorya Luhansk will face Athletic Bilbao.
