Europa League 2017-18 : Real Sociedad beats RBK 1-0

TRONDHEIM, Nov. 23, 2017 (AMP) — Europa League 2017-18 : Real Sociedad defeated Rosenborg by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a Europa League group stage game on Thursday night at the Lerkendal Stadion in Trondheim.

Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with a saving goal by Oyarzabal Mikel seconds before the end of regulation.

The result put Real Sociedad second in Group L with 12 points. RBK is third with 4 points. In their last game, Real Sociedad will meet group leaders Zenit St Petersburg at the Lerkendal Stadion on December 7, while Rosenborg will face Vardar.
