Europa League 2017-18 : Lokomotiv Moscow beats Nice 3-2

NICE, Feb. 15, 2018 (AMP) — Europa League 2017-18 : Lokomotiv Moscow defeated Nice by a score of 3-2 (halftime: 1-2), in the first leg of a round of 32 game on Thursday night at the Allianz Riviera in Nice.

Fernandes scored tripple goals

Nice had started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Balotelli ('4, '28 on penalty), while Lokomotiv Moscow only scored once Fernandes ('45 on penalty). Trailing 2-1 at half time, Loko nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Fernandes '69, '77).

The second leg between Nice and Lokomotiv Moscow will be played on Thursday February 22, 2018 (kick-off: 17:00) in Moscow.
