Liverpool beats Crystal Palace to reach FA Cup quarterfinals

LONDON, Feb. 14, 2015 (AMP) — FA Cup 2014-15 : Liverpool qualified to the quarter-finals of the FA Cup with a 2-1 win against Crystal Palace (halftime: 0-1) on Saturday afternoon at Selhurst Park in London.

Crystal Palace had started off well by taking the lead in the 15th minute with a goal by forward Fraizer Campbell. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Reds nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Sturridge '49 and Lallana '58).
