FA Cup 2014-15 : Preston beats Sheffield United 3-1 to qualify for next round

SHEFFIELD, Feb. 3, 2015 (AMP) — FA Cup 2014-15 : Preston defeated Sheffield United by a score of 3-1 (halftime: 0-1), in the FA Cup fourth round on Tuesday night.

Sheffield United had started off well by taking the lead in the 38th minute with a goal by Murphy. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Lilywhites nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring three times in the second period (Gallagher '63, '73 on penalty and Huntington '69).
