Arsenal beats Lincoln City to advance to FA Cup semifinals

LONDON, Mar. 11, 2017 (AMP) — FA Cup 2016-17 : Arsenal reached the semifinals of the FA Cup with a 5-0 win against Lincoln City (halftime: 1-0) on Saturday afternoon at the Emirates Stadium in London.

Arsenal dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Walcott Theo in the 45th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Gunners further widened their lead in the second period by scoring four times (Giroud Olivier '53, Waterfall Luke '58/own, Sanchez Alexis '72 and Ramsey Aaron '75).
