FA Cup 2016-17 : Arsenal beats Preston 2-1 to qualify for next round

PRESTON, Jan. 7, 2017 (AMP) — FA Cup 2016-17 : Arsenal defeated Preston by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 0-1), in the FA Cup third round on Saturday afternoon.

Preston had started off well by taking the lead in the 7th minute with a goal by Robinson Callum. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Gunners nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Ramsey Aaron '46 and Giroud Olivier '89).
