FA Cup 2016-17 : Blackburn beats QPR 2-1 to qualify for next round

LONDON, Jan. 7, 2017 (AMP) — FA Cup 2016-17 : Blackburn Rovers defeated QPR by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 1-0), in the FA Cup third round on Saturday afternoon at Loftus Road in London.

Blackburn Rovers dominated the first half as a result of the unfortunate own goal scored by Lynch Joel in the 8th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Rovers further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Feeney Liam in the 58th minute.
