FA Cup 2016-17 : Oxford beats Rotherham 3-2 to qualify for next round

ROTHERHAM, Jan. 7, 2017 (AMP) — FA Cup 2016-17 : Oxford United defeated Rotherham United by a score of 3-2 (halftime: 1-0), in the FA Cup third round on Saturday afternoon.

Oxford United dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Taylor Ryan in the 41st minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Boys from Up the Hill further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Edwards Phil '80 and Hemmings Kane '88).
