FA Cup 2016-17 : Derby County beats West Brom 2-1 to qualify for next round

WEST BROMWICH, Jan. 7, 2017 (AMP) — FA Cup 2016-17 : Derby County defeated West Brom by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 0-1), in the FA Cup third round on Saturday afternoon at The Hawthorns in West Bromwich.

West Brom had started off well by taking the lead in the 35th minute with a goal by Phillips Matty. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Rams nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Bent Darren '51 and Ince Tom '54).
