International Friendly : Turkey beats Denmark 2-1

ODENSE, Sep. 3, 2014 (AMP) — Turkey defeated Denmark by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 0-1), in a friendly match on Wednesday.

Denmark had started off well by taking the lead in the 35th minute with a goal by Agger on penalty. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Turks nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Sahan '55 and Tufan '90).
