International Friendly : Latvia beats Armenia 2-0

RIGA, Sep. 3, 2014 (AMP) — Latvia defeated Armenia by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a friendly match on Wednesday.

Sabala scored dual goals

Latvia dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Sabala in the 16th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Latvians further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Sabala in the 75th minute.
