International Friendly : Philippines beats Taiwan 5-1

MANILA, Sep. 3, 2014 (AMP) — The Philippines defeated Taiwan by a big score of 5-1 (halftime: 2-0), in a friendly match on Wednesday.

Hartmann scored dual goals

The Philippines dominated the first half thanks to goals from Gier ('25) and Younghusband ('38). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Filipinos further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Chen '65/own and Hartmann '74, '88).
