International Friendly : Mexico beats Netherlands 3-2

AMSTERDAM, Nov. 12, 2014 (AMP) — Mexico defeated the Netherlands by a score of 3-2 (halftime: 1-0), in a friendly match on Wednesday night.

Vela scored dual goals

Mexico dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Vela in the 8th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Mexicans further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Vela '62 and Hernandez '69).
