International Friendly : France hold Albania to 1-1

RENNES, Nov. 14, 2014 (AMP) — France tied 1-1 with Albania (halftime: 0-1), in a friendly match on Friday night at the Stade de la Route de Lorient in Rennes.

The Albanians started off well by taking the lead thanks to Albanian defender Mergim Mavraj in the 40th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by France with a saving goal from French midfielder Antoine Griezmann in the 73rd minute.
