International Friendly : Vietnam defeats Malaysia 3-1

HANOI, Nov. 16, 2014 (AMP) — Vietnam defeated Malaysia by a score of 3-1 (halftime: 0-1), in a friendly match on Sunday night at the My Dinh National Stadium in Hanoi.

Malaysia had started off well by taking the lead in the 22nd minute with a goal by Yahyah. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Vietnameses nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring three times in the second period (Quyet '47, Quan '57 on penalty and Thang '81).
