International Friendly : Iran beats Chile 2-0

ST PöLTEN, Mar. 26, 2015 (AMP) — Iran defeated Chile by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a friendly match on Thursday night at the NV Arena in St Pölten.

Iran dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Nekounam in the 21st minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Iranians further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Amiri in the 50th minute.
