SHARJAH, Mar. 31, 2015 (AMP) — Iraq defeated DR Congo by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a friendly match on Tuesday night at the Khalid bin Mohammed Stadium in Sharjah.

45 minutes of play and neither the Iraqis nor the Congoleses have managed to pull ahead. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with a saving goal by Kasim in the 59th minute.
