CARSON, Feb. 5, 2016 (AMP) — The United States defeated Canada by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a friendly match on Friday night at the StubHub Center in Carson.

45 minutes of play and neither the Americans nor the Canadians have managed to pull ahead. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with a saving goal by Altidore Jozy with one minute left in regular time.
