International Friendly : Faroe islands beats Liechtenstein 3-2

MARBELLA, Mar. 28, 2016 (AMP) — The Faroe islands defeated Liechtenstein by a score of 3-2 (halftime: 2-0), in a friendly match on Monday night at the Marbella Municipal Stadium.

The Faroe islands dominated the first half thanks to goals from Olsen Brandur ('6) and Edmundsson Joan ('44). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Faroeses further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Vatnhamar Solvi in the 58th minute.
