International Friendly : Costa Rica beats Venezuela 2-1

SAN JOSE, May. 27, 2016 (AMP) — Costa Rica defeated Venezuela by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 1-1), in a friendly match on Friday at the San José.

Rondon Salomon opened the score in the 29th minute, before seeing Costa Rica catch up in the 41st minute thanks to Gamboa Cristian. 1-1 at half time. The Costa Ricans eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Rodriguez Ariel in the 52nd minute.
