International Friendly : Uruguay defeats Trinidad and Tobago 3-1

MONTEVIDEO, May. 27, 2016 (AMP) — Uruguay defeated Trinidad and Tobago by a score of 3-1 (halftime: 2-1), in a friendly match on Friday at the Montevideo.

Cavani Edison scored dual goals

Trinidad and Tobago opened the score in the score in the 6th minute thanks to Williams Jomal, before Uruguay regained the advantage with Cavani Edison ('26 on penalty, '39). Leading 2-1 at the break, the Uruguayans further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Vecino Matias in the 51st minute.
