International Friendly : Macedonia beats Azerbaijan 3-1

VIENNA, May. 29, 2016 (AMP) — Macedonia defeated Azerbaijan by a score of 3-1 (halftime: 2-0), in a friendly match on Sunday afternoon at the Ernst Happel Stadium in Vienna.

Macedonia dominated the first half thanks to goals from Radeski Marjan ('20) and Pandev Goran ('33). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Macedonians further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Nesterovski Ilija in stoppage time.
