International Friendly : Switzerland defeats Moldova 2-1

LUGANO, Jun. 3, 2016 (AMP) — Switzerland defeated Moldova by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 1-0), in a friendly match on Friday night at the Cornaredo Stadium in Lugano.

Switzerland dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Dzemailli Blerim in the 12th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Swisss further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Mehmedi Admir in the 75th minute.
