International Friendly : Iceland beats Liechtenstein 4-0

REYKJAVíK, Jun. 6, 2016 (AMP) — Iceland defeated Liechtenstein by a big score of 4-0 (halftime: 3-0), in a friendly match on Monday night at the Laugardalsvöllur in Reykjavík.

Iceland dominated the first half thanks to goals from Sigthorsson Kolbeinn ('11), Saevarsson Birkir ('21) and Finnbogason Alfred ('41). Leading 3-0 at the break, the Icelanders further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Gudjohnsen Eidur with just 8 minutes remaining in regulation time.
