International Friendly : Qatar beats Iraq 2-1

Aug. 8, 2016 (AMP) — Qatar defeated Iraq by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 1-0), in a friendly match on Monday.

Qatar dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Tabata Rodrigo in the 38th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Qataris further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Asad Ali in the 50th minute.
