International Friendly : Cyprus beats Kazakhstan 3-1

Mar. 22, 2017 (AMP) — Cyprus defeated Kazakhstan by a score of 3-1 (halftime: 0-1), in a friendly match on Wednesday.

Kazakhstan had started off well by taking the lead in the 29th minute with a goal by Nuserbayev Tanat. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Cypriots nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring three times in the second period (Mitidis Nestoras '55, Katelaris Fanos '62 and Christofi Dimitris '67).
