ATLANTA, Jul. 20, 2013 (AMP) — USA 2013 : Mexico reached the semifinals of the 2013 CONCACAF Gold Cup with a 1-0 win against Trinidad and Tobago (halftime: 0-0) on Saturday night at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta.
Trinidad and Tobago made the Mexicans doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with a saving goal by Mexican forward Raúl Jiménez with just 6 minutes remaining in regulation time.
