ABU DHABI, Nov. 7, 1994 (AMP) — United Arab Emirates 1994 : Kuwait defeated Qatar by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a Gulf Cup final round game (Tournament) on Monday at the Zayed Sports City Stadium in Abu Dhabi.

The result put the Kuwaiti fourth in the group with 2 points. Qatar is bottom with no points. In their next game, Kuwait will meet group leaders the United Arab Emirates at the Zayed Sports City Stadium on November 9, while Qatar will face Oman.
