RIYADH, Jan. 27, 2002 (AMP) — Saudi Arabia 2002 : Saudi Arabia defeated Oman by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a Gulf Cup final round game (Tournament) on Sunday at the King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh.

The result put the Saudi second in the group with 10 points. Oman is fourth with 3 points. In their last game, Saudi Arabia will meet group leaders Qatar at the King Fahd International Stadium on January 30, while Oman will face Bahrain.
