KUWAIT CITY, Jan. 6, 2004 (AMP) — Kuwait 2003 : Saudi Arabia defeated Oman by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 0-0), in a Gulf Cup final round game (Tournament) on Tuesday at the Al-Sadaqua Walsalam Stadium in Kuwait City.

The result put the Saudi top of the group with 11 points. Oman is 5th with 5 points. In their last game, Saudi Arabia will meet Yemen at the Al-Sadaqua Walsalam Stadium on January 8, while Oman will face Qatar.
