DOHA, Dec. 20, 2004 (AMP) — Qatar 2004 : Qatar reached the Gulf Cup final for the second time in their history with a 2-0 win against Kuwait (halftime: 1-0) on Monday at the Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium in Doha.
