DOHA, Dec. 24, 2004 (AMP) — Qatar 2004 : Qatar claimed a second Gulf Cup crown after defeating Oman 5-4 on penalties (after a 1-1 draw) in the final on Friday at the Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium in Doha.
