MUSCAT, Jan. 14, 2009 (AMP) — Oman 2009 : Saudi Arabia reached the Gulf Cup final for the second time in their history with a 1-0 win against Kuwait (halftime: 0-0) on Wednesday night at the Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex in Muscat.
