MUSCAT, Jan. 14, 2009 (AMP) — Oman 2009 : Oman reached the Gulf Cup final for the third time in their history with a 1-0 win against Qatar (halftime: 1-0) on Wednesday night at the Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex in Muscat.
