Oman beats Saudi Arabia in shoot out to win 2009 Gulf Cup
MUSCAT, Jan. 17, 2009 (AMP) — Oman 2009 : Oman claimed the Gulf Cup crown after defeating Saudi Arabia 6-5 on penalties (after a 0-0 draw) in the final on Saturday night at the Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex in Muscat.
