Chelsea beats Tottenham 2-0 to win League Cup

LONDON, Mar. 1, 2015 (AMP) — League Cup 2014-15 : Chelsea claimed the League Cup crown with a 2-0 win against Tottenham (halftime: 1-0) in the final on Sunday afternoon at Wembley Stadium.

Chelsea dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by defender John Terry in the 45th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Blues further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Costa in the 56th minute.
