League Cup 2014-15 : Oxford beats Bristol City 2-1 to qualify for next round

BRISTOL, Aug. 12, 2014 (AMP) — League Cup 2014-15 : Oxford United defeated Bristol City by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 0-1), in the League Cup first round on Tuesday night.

Bristol City had started off well by taking the lead in the 2nd minute with a goal by Bryan. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Boys from Up the Hill nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Morris '55 and Hylton '87).
