League Cup 2014-15 : Brentford beats Dag & Red in shoot out to qualify for next round

DAGENHAM, Aug. 12, 2014 (AMP) — League Cup 2014-15 : Brentford defeated Dagenham & Redbridge on penalties 4-2, after the match ended 6-6 in regulation time, in the League Cup first round on Tuesday night.

The score was still 6-6 at the end of the regulation game time and overtime, after goals from Stuart Dallas ('5, '9), Nick Proschwitz ('32), Andre Gray ('83), Montell Moore ('97) and Harlee Dean ('117) for Brentford and Porter ('17), Chambers ('45), Boucaud ('55), Hemmings ('90, '113) and Cureton ('100) for Dagenham & Redbridge. The Bees finally emerged the victors in the penalty shootout session by winning 4-2.
