Aug. 9, 2016 (AMP) — League Cup 2016-17 : Accrington Stanley defeated Bradford City on penalties 11-10, after the match ended 0-0 in regulation time, in the League Cup first round on Tuesday night.
The score was still nil-all at the end of the regulation game time and overtime. Stanley finally emerged the victors in the penalty shootout session by winning 11-10.
