Sep. 20, 2016 (AMP) — League Cup 2016-17 : Liverpool defeated Derby County by a score of 3-0 (halftime: 1-0), in the League Cup third round on Tuesday night.
Liverpool dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Klavan Ragnar in the 24th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Reds further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Coutinho Philippe '50 and Origi Divock '54).
