BRENTFORD, Sep. 19, 2017 (AMP) — League Cup 2017-18 : Norwich City defeated Brentford by a score of 3-1 (halftime: 1-0), in the League Cup third round on Tuesday night.
Vrancic Mario scored dual goals
Norwich City dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Vrancic Mario in the 10th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Canaries further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Vrancic Mario '51 and Murphy Josh '68).
