READING, Sep. 19, 2017 (AMP) — League Cup 2017-18 : Swansea defeated Reading by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 0-0), in the League Cup third round on Tuesday night at the Madejski Stadium in Reading.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with goals by Mawson Alfie ('52) and Ayew Jordan ('83).
