LIVERPOOL, Sep. 20, 2017 (AMP) — League Cup 2017-18 : Everton defeated Sunderland by a score of 3-0 (halftime: 1-0), in the League Cup third round on Wednesday night at Goodison Park in Liverpool.
Calvert-lewin Dominic scored dual goals
Everton dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Calvert-lewin Dominic in the 38th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Toffees further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Calvert-lewin Dominic '51 and Niasse Oumar '83).
