LAUTOKA, Nov. 19, 2008 (AMP) — 2008 : The Fiji defeated New Zealand by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a OFC Nations Cup final round game (Final Tournament) on Wednesday night at Churchill Park in Lautoka.

Krishna scored dual goals

New Zealand made the Fijians doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with two goals by Krishna at '63 and '90.

New Zealand won the 8th edition of the OFC Nations Cup, their fourth title in history, the Fiji finished third.
