GERMANY, Oct. 4, 2015 (AMP) — 2. Bundesliga / Match day 10: After losing 0-1 to SpVgg Greuther Fürth on September 28, Eintracht Braunschweig returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Union Berlin this Sunday.
Mirko Boland scored dual goals
Eintracht Braunschweig midfielder Mirko Boland opened the score in the 16th minute, before seeing Union Berlin catch up in the 27th minute thanks to Benjamin Kessel penalty kick. 1-1 at half time. Eintracht Braunschweig eventually won the game in the second period with with another goal by Boland in the 79th minute.
Eintracht Braunschweig climbed to fifth place with 17 points from 10 games, only one point behind FC St. Pauli.
