GERMANY, Oct. 23, 2015 (AMP) — 2. Bundesliga / Match day 12: Three wins in a row for RB Leipzig. After their success against FC Nürnberg and VfL Bochum, Die Bullen continued their sensational form in the 2. Bundesliga with a 2-1 victory over Fortuna Düsseldorf this Friday.
RB Leipzig dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Swedish midfielder Emil Forsberg in the 45th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Die Bullen further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Sabitzer Marcel in the 64th minute.
RB Leipzig climbed to second place with 23 points from 12 games, only one point behind SC Freiburg, which has a game in hand.
