GERMANY, Feb. 14, 2016 (AMP) — 2. Bundesliga / Match day 21: The Breisgau-Brasilianer crashed to their 2nd consecutive defeat as they lost 2-1 against Fortuna Düsseldorf.
Fortuna Düsseldorf forward Djurdjic Nikola opened the score in the 26th minute, before seeing SC Freiburg catch up in the 45th minute thanks to Vincenzo Grifo penalty kick. 1-1 at half time. Fortuna Düsseldorf eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Sararer in the 69th minute.
SC Freiburg remains in second place with 38 points from 21 games, 6 points behind RB Leipzig.
