After their success against SpVgg Greuther Fürth, Jahn Regensburg and FC Kaiserslautern, Die Störche continued their sensational form in the 2. Bundesliga with a 3-0 victory over Erzgebirge Aue this Friday.

Marvin Ducksch scored dual goals

Holstein Kiel dominated the first half thanks to goals from Muhling Alexander ('15) and Ducksch ('41). Leading 2-0 at the break, Die Störche further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Ducksch in the 77th minute.

Holstein Kiel climbed to first place with 13 points from 6 games, tie on points with runner-up Fortuna Düsseldorf, which has a game in hand.
