GERMANY, Sep. 21, 2017 (AMP) — 2. Bundesliga / Match day 7: Two wins in a row for FC Nürnberg. After their 1-6 win against MSV Duisburg on September 16, FC Nürnberg continued their sensational form in the 2. Bundesliga with a 3-1 victory over VfL Bochum this Thursday.
Diamantakos Dimitrios opened the score in the 13th minute on penalty, before seeing FC Nürnberg catch up in the 28th minute thanks to Lowen Eduard. 1-1 at half time. FC Nürnberg eventually won the game in the second period with two more goals by Behrens ('52) and Ishak Mikael ('86).
1. FC Nürnberg climbed to fourth place with 13 points from 7 games, only one point behind SV Darmstadt 98.
